    Stretching isn’t reaching the problem.

Most recovery methods never actually reach the deeper muscles causing the tension.

    Why it keeps coming back

    Why the tightness keeps returning

If you’ve ever felt relief after stretching… only to wake up tight again the next day, you’re not imagining it.

A lot of recovery methods help temporarily because they loosen the surrounding muscles and create short-term mobility changes. But the psoas and iliacus sit deep near the hips and lower back, making them difficult to properly reach with stretching, foam rollers, or massage guns.

That’s why so many people end up stuck in the same cycle:

Stretch. Feel better. Tighten up again. The issue often isn’t that your body “won’t loosen up.” It’s that the deeper muscles were never properly addressed in the first place.

    Why Thrival

You don't need a foam roller and a massage gun. You need control.

    Foam roller

    Foam roller

Covers the surface. Moves too much to hold pressure on one spot.

    Massage gun

    Massage gun

Pulses fast, but can't hold the sustained pressure a tight muscle needs.

    Lacrosse ball

    Lacrosse ball

Targeted, but small and unstable. You spend the session balancing.

Thrival board with all four attachments: Wave, Bullseye, Ballhead and Arch

    Thrival

Sustained, targeted, adjustable. Swap the attachment, set the spacing, lie down. Your bodyweight sets the pressure.

    How it’s different

Designed to reach what stretching can’t.

    1. 1

      Targeted deep pressure

Designed to apply focused pressure directly into the psoas and iliacus.

    2. 2

      More than surface-level relief

Reaches past the outer layers a stretch, foam roller or massage gun works on.

    3. 3

      Adjustable positioning

Slide the heads along the numbered grooves to fit your body and land on the exact spot.

    4. 4

      Built for consistent recovery

Quick to set up and simple to use daily, so release becomes part of your routine.

Guided recovery routines and how-to videos are in the Thrival app.

Pair of black Wave attachment heads

    Wave

Two curved heads shaped like a therapist's hand. Built for the psoas and iliacus; great on glutes.

    Hips · Glutes · Psoas
Pair of black Bullseye attachment heads

    Bullseye

Two straight, pointed heads. A smaller contact point means higher, more focused pressure.

Glutes · Hamstrings · Low back
Pair of black Ballhead attachment heads

    Ballhead

The lacrosse-ball effect, locked in place. A wider surface you can relax on without balancing.

Upper back · Shoulders · Anywhere
    Pair of black Arch attachments

    Arch

Arches that follow both sides of your spine, for decompression plus targeted pressure at any height.

    Real relief

    A different kind of release

For many people, the difference feels immediate. Not just temporary looseness after stretching. A deeper kind of release.

The kind where your hips stop feeling constantly guarded and your body finally starts to let go.

“Great tool! I have a professional massage gun, but I actually find myself using the Thrival Wave more often.”

    Questions

    Good to know

    Does it hurt?
It's deep pressure, and you're in control of it. Start with less weight, or lay a towel over the attachment, and ease in as the muscle releases. Soft covers take the edge off too.
    Which set should I get?
Most people choose the Relief Pro: all four attachments, from the Wave for hips and glutes to the Arch for spinal decompression, plus free soft covers. Don't need the Arch? The Deep Tissue Pro gives you the Wave, Bullseye and Ballhead for $75.
Is it right for my body?
Yes. The attachments slide along numbered grooves to fit your frame, so Thrival works for every body: all ages and sizes, athletes and desk workers alike.
    Can I travel with it?
The board folds in two for a gym bag or carry-on. For even less space, there's a dedicated Travel Board.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Thrival is HSA/FSA eligible and FDA registered.
    What if something breaks?
Every Thrival is made in the USA and covered by a lifetime warranty.

    Stop chasing temporary relief.

If stretching and surface-level relief methods haven’t solved the problem, it may be time to approach the deeper muscles directly.
