Totally worth it.Simple, well-built, and versatile. I tried a non-adjustable Psoas device once before but this is so much better. I've used it on my back, neck and glutes as well as my Psoas. Worth every penny. No regrets. Nice helpful clear manual comes with it too.

Hurts so good!Hurts so good! I bought this at the recommendation of my chiropractor. I've been seeing him regularly for low back pain and he suggested one of these to loosen my psoas muscle. I was so excited to try this as soon as it was delivered. I am a normal size person with some athletic and strength abilities. I am able to maneuver with no issues. After one use. I do feel that my lower back has improved. My 16 year old daughter just tried it as well on her hip flexors. She is a cheerleader and felt this really helped her. While I have only had it two days, I do feel that this is a sturdy product and will last for a while.
