Two precision attachments. One board. Deep tissue release for the muscles that hurt the most, no appointment, no guesswork.
Everything you need for complete back and hip relief in one package. The board connects in seconds, the attachments snap in and out, and the whole system packs flat when you're done.
We paired our two most different, and most powerful, attachments together in one bundle so you can tackle back and hip pain from every angle. The Wave goes deep into the psoas. The Arch goes wide across your lower back. Together, they cover what nothing else can.
Low back pain, tight hips, that nagging ache that never quite goes away, these are often caused by deep, hard-to-reach muscles that no regular massage or foam roller can actually get to.
The psoas (so-az) and surrounding hip flexors are buried deep in your body. When they tighten up, from sitting, working out, or everyday stress, they pull on your lower back and make everything feel stiff and sore. Most people never address the root cause. Until now.
Pick the Wave to work on your hips and psoas, or the Arch to tackle your lower back. Snap either one onto the board in seconds, no tools, no setup fuss.
Place the board on the floor, position yourself over the attachment, and let your body weight create the pressure. You control exactly how much, from gentle to deep.
Stay on a tender spot for 1–3 minutes. Deep breathing helps the muscle relax. Most people feel relief in their first session, and it gets better every time.
Whether you're getting back to the gym, keeping up with your kids, or just trying to get through a workday without that dull ache in your lower back, recovery matters. The Dual Release Pro fits into your day at home, at the office, or on the road. Ten minutes before bed. Five minutes in the morning. It adds up.
Traditional foam rolling moves across muscle tissue, which creates friction but doesn't release deep tension. Deep tissue myofascial release works by applying steady, sustained pressure to a specific point. This signals the nervous system to relax the muscle, increase blood flow, and break up adhesions. That's why staying still on the Wave or Arch for a couple of minutes does more than rolling back and forth ever could.
The Wave and Arch are precision-shaped to access the psoas and lumbar region, muscles that foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and massage guns simply can't reach.
Too intense? Shift your weight. Want to go deeper? Let gravity do more. The board design puts you in complete control, something no fixed tool offers.
The Wave and Arch target entirely different muscle groups. This isn't two versions of the same thing, it's a complete system for your back and hips.
Designed and manufactured in the USA. Built tough for daily use. No flimsy plastic, no cutting corners.
A deep tissue massage costs $80–$150 a session. The Dual Release Pro gives you that targeted relief whenever you need it, from your living room floor.
Light, compact, and carry-friendly. Take it to the hotel room, the gym bag, the office. Your deep tissue release doesn't have to stay home.
Sitting all day shortens your hip flexors. This is the reset you need.
Train harder and recover smarter between sessions.
Stay moving and pain-free so life doesn't slow you down.
Cashiers, nurses, teachers, relief after long shifts on hard floors.
The Thrival Dual Release Pro bundle, the Wave and Arch together, is exclusively available on Walmart.com. Two attachments, one board, real relief.
