Pso-rite filed a Federal lawsuit against Thrival (and its Founders individually) on March 16, 2021. Pso-rite alleged that Thrival’s Wave and Bullseye products infringed their USD823,479 design patent.
Pso-rite demanded that Thrival discontinue the manufacture and sale of its Wave and Bullseye products, Thrival refused and Pso-rite’s patent infringement claim was subsequently dismissed by a Federal judge on September 27, 2022.
Thrival countersued on October 28, 2022, alleging that Pso-rite’s flagship Pso-rite product infringed Thrival’s US9,687,416 utility patent.
Pso-rite.com next alleged that Thrival’s Bullseye attachment head product infringed their D928,336 design patent on December 19, 2022.
Thrival refused to discontinue the manufacture and sale of its Bullseye product and Pso-rite’s second patent infringement claim was dismissed by the same Federal judge on Jan 10, 2024.
This litigation was settled on February 13, 2026, with confidentiality and mutual non-disparagement clauses requested by Pso-rite.
Thrival believes in the US patent system and respects the Intellectual Property of others.
Thrival will vigorously pursue any and all infringers of its patent and trademarks selling in the U.S. marketplace, to include mainland Chinese Amazon/Walmart Sellers that copy our patented designs.
Thrival will also vigorously defend itself against any unfounded patent and trademark infringement claims, as we demonstrated in the Pso-rite.com v. Thrival patent litigation.

Thrival has a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery by carrier (typically UPS or USPS) to purchaser.

Once the return is received and checked for damage, the full refund will be initiated within 1-2 days, and it may take 5-7 additional days for the refund to show-up on the card used for the purchase.
Please note that Thrival does not provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers.
Warranty
Thrival commits to a lifetime warranty for all its current products. Thrival products are primarily made with ABS plastic which is very durable, strong and long-lasting. The likelihood of a Thrival product breaking is very low. If one should break, please take pictures and email them along with your contact information to customer.service@Thrival.com.
Made in the USA
Since 2023, Thrival products have been 100% Made in the USA. When we initially started shipping some of our products in early 2021, our initial batch of products were injection molded in Taiwan or China but assembled in the USA. By 2023, all our products were manufactured and assembled in the USA. Our products have always been designed in the USA.
